Richard Lowth MNAEA MARLA

Richard lives and breathes the family business which he started with wife Janet in March 2003.

Richard is a member of The National Association of Estate Agents and Association of Residential Letting Agents and has spent all his working life as an estate agent around the South Manchester and Cheshire areas, having worked in Poynton since 1995.

Richard and Janet married in 1988 and have three children, Daniel, Oliver and Emily who naturally take up lots of Richard’s time when away from the office. Richard is also a  keen runner, supporter of Leeds United and a proud and active supporter of the charity Shelter.

Janet Lowth

Janet was Richard’s greatest supporter in starting the business in 2003 and in working in what is now, very much a joint partnership. Janet operates at the “coal face” on a day to day basis, being a strong calming influence and is involved in every aspect of the business of sales, rentals and the crucial behind the scenes organisation.

The three children take up a lot of Janet’s time but there’s always the opportunity to take the family dog, Dylan, to the hills of Lyme Park and also to get in the odd spot of skiing.

Janine Shipton

Janine has been with Richard and Janet almost from the very start and is a great team member who handles business in a calm and efficient manner and has all the qualities needed of a good estate agent. Away from the office Janine enjoys indulging in a little “retail therapy” as a release from the pressures of handling property transactions.

Janine lives in Poynton, is married to Craig and has two daughters.
