	Property Ombudsman Scheme (POS) We are full members of the POS in respect of both sales and lettings and abide by their strict codes of conduct, a copy of which is available on request.

	National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) We are members of the NAEA and abide by their code of conduct and client accounting rules.

	Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) We are members of ARLA and abide by their code of conduct and accounting rules.

	The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) We are members of the The Deposit Protection Service which protects tenant’s deposits throughout the period of their tenancy. It also ensures a prompt return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy where there is no dispute and ensures that any disputes are dealt with quickly and fairly via an alternative dispute resolution scheme.
