From the moment Richard & Emily came around to value our property, right the way through to final completion, we had nothing less than first class service. They handled this Probate sale with understanding and sensitivity, and managed the open house and all of the subsequent viewings to our entire satisfaction. The valuation turned out to be spot on and we were delighted to achieve a sale price of just a couple of percent below the asking price. More importantly, when faced with difficulties down the chain on a couple of occasions, Richard worked tirelessly to keep things on track for us. The website only allows me to rate two of the staff, but I would also have awarded 5 stars to Janet, who I spoke to on several occasions, if it had let me! Many thanks guys!

We are more than happy that we chose to sell our house through Richard Lowth and Company. Their service was excellent. Richard and his team were always so supportive in our move, from the valuation to the move itself, always quick to respond to our emails/phone calls. Good advice was always available regarding any problems that arose.   We strongly recommend their service to any prospective seller or buyer. Very professional and efficient.

Once again Richard and his family provided a superb 5* service from start to finish. Richard sold our property for us 7 years ago and did a fantastic job so when it was time for us to move on again there was never any question about who we'd use. This time around I'd say that the service was even better with the permanent addition of the lovely Emily to the team! We all thought that it would be a relatively quick and pain-free sale again but circumstances out of our control meant that the chain below us collapsed twice before we finally achieved a successful sale. Richard and the team were always happy to spend as much time as we needed advising and guiding us through the frustrating times. Sometimes all we needed was a vent and Richard and Emily were always there to lend a sympathetic ear - we truly felt that they shared both the highs and the lows with us and really cared about the outcome!! Richards knowledge of the local property market is second to none and is something that is gained only by sheer passion and many years of historical experience of the local estate agency 'game'. Our purchase property was via a private sale but, again, Richards time, knowledge and realistic advice was invaluable on this side too even though he wasn't an acting agent on the property. We trust the Lowths implicitly (which is not something often said about estate agents!!) and would recommend them to anyone wishing to buy/ sell their home.
