Standard Fees & Charges - Landlords

LETTING & FULL MANAGEMENT

75% + VAT of the first month’s rent subject to a minimum of £540.00 plus 12% (£450.00 plus 10% + VAT) of the gross rent for the full tenancy term, subject to a minimum of £66.00 (£55.00 + VAT) per month

In addition to all items listed under Let Only, we will:

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
  • Deduct commission and other works and provide a monthly statement
  • Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
  • Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify landlord of the outcome
  • Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors (providing two quotes)
  • Hold keys throughout the tenancy term

LET ONLY

One month’s rent + VAT subject to a minimum of £540.00 (£450.00 + VAT)

  • Accompanied viewings by our knowledgeable team
  • Collection of first month’s rent and security deposit
  • Full referencing of potential tenants, with guarantors where necessary
  • Agree collection of any shortfall and payment method
  • Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices
  • Preparation and completion of tenancy agreement in line with current legislation
  • Make any HMRC deduction and provide tenant with the NRL8 (if relevant)/li>

LETTING & RENT COLLECTION

75% + VAT of the first month’s rent subject to a minimum of £540.00 plus 6% (£450.00 plus 5% + VAT) of the gross rent for the full tenancy term, subject to a minimum of £42.00 (£35.00 + VAT) per month

In addition to all items listed under Let Only, we will

  • Collect and remit the monthly rent received
  • Deduct commission and provide a monthly statement
  • Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
